Colomba, a traditional Italian Easter sweet bread with candied citrus peel and roasted almonds. Filled with our Crema Antica and Hazelnut gelato, lightly soaked in brandy. Drizzled with Belgian dark chocolate and crushed roasted hazelnuts
Colomba Di Pasqua produced by Panettone by Luis and his 20 year old Levito Madre (mother yeast), made fresh in Adelaide

Serves: 10 people
Storage Instructions: To be stored in the freezer.
Serving Instructions: Place at room temperature 20 mins before serving and cut with a warm, dry knife.
